For us in this class we will be looking at Energy; Peak Oil. We
will be looking for solutions as we learn about Peak Oil. For example,
one possible
solution maybe Renewable Energy. Can renewable energy be alternative energy? Is there enough time to implement renewable
energy and is it a mature enough technology to
replace nonrenewable energy that we have become so dependent on today? Like
oil.
Try to name one item today that does
not depend on oil either directly or indirectly.

Our direction in this class is to identify the facts, learn about renewable energy and search for solutions to prepare ourselves for the inevitable; as you prepare for your career.
Lets start off by reviewing the current news, literature and technology available to deal with the Energy issue.
